Peter holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from TU Delft, completed with honours in 2008. After gaining experience as an architect, he founded Zospeum in 2015 to design and manufacture revolutionary, sustainable, and smart building envelopes. His work received international recognition in 2019, earning the Architectural Product of the Year award. Besides his role at Zospeum, Peter co-manages an architectural firm in Rotterdam. He is driven by a passion for innovation and believes that building quality impacts life quality. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and cherishes family life in The Hague.

Javier Lahuerta has been an Architect since 2005, with a PhD, and specialized at Foster + Partners in London in High-end Construction, design, and quality. His diverse portfolio includes Apple stores, airports, train stations, office buildings, and residential properties, all showcasing exceptional performance and design. Since 2023, he is Partner and Head of Technical Design at Zospeum. He also teaches architecture at CEU Cardenal Herrera International University in Valencia, covering construction, economic management, acoustics, and more. His 2017 “cum laude” PhD dissertation, exploring neuroscience and construction syntax in Norman Foster’s works, earned high praise from Foster himself. Javier now focuses on integrating design with personal and material quality for sustainable well-being.

Roland completed a successful career as a plastic surgeon in 2023. In 2000, he earned his PhD in a surgical technical subject from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has a strong affinity for technology, is resourceful, and possesses a great problem-solving ability. Besides his career as a medical specialist, he is an investor in Green Tech and an entrepreneur in real estate, where he spends his time with great pleasure. Outside his professional activities, he is interested in golf, music (bass), and snowboarding with friends and family, and enjoys family life in Utrecht.

Champ is a specialist in the field of marketing and communication. After completing his business studies in Groningen, with a Master’s in marketing, he started a career in destination marketing for the Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions. In addition to his work, he specialized in Business to Business marketing and thus became involved with Zospeum, the company of his old study friend Peter. In his hometown Utrecht, Champ is involved in multiple social projects, and his passion for wine has resulted in an International Wine Certificate and a small startup focused on importing the finest Grüner Veltliner directly from the winemaker in Austria.
